Stealing from the Guys: Ways to Wear Overalls

How to Wear Overalls

Part of me--that young girl growing up in the nineties--is really hoping that overalls make a come back. The other part of me is really hoping that they don't. I mean seriously, it was the nineties. But I'm not going to say I will or won't rock some overalls in the upcoming future either way. Overalls are comfortable, and with the right shoes, shirt, and accessories can look fabulous.

But how can I make them look fabulous, you may be asking yourself. Here's my list of easy mix-n-matchables that would make a fantastic outfit--no matter which pieces you pair your overalls with! And don't worry, there's still plenty of other ways you can rock overalls too.

Spring Closet Must-Haves

Spring Forecast

As y'all know I've been ready for Spring for a long time now. While I've done many spring forecast posts, here's a list of must-have items to spruce up your spring.

Distressed boyfriend jeans will still be all the rage for spring/summer, but a pair of rolled up ones will get you through those warmer days.

Stripes have been popping up every where. I love nautical, striped totes and railroad striped shorts.

Denim. Denim. When the weather starts getting a little warmer, nothing's cooler than a denim jacket, white jeans, or a pair of cut off shorts.

Keep rocking your boots all spring and summer long! To keep your feet from getting overheated, invest in a pair of peep toe booties.

Spring is always time to bring your bright accessories back out. Try adding a pop of color to your lids with Stila's Liquid Eyeliner in Periwinkle. Or a fun chunky, flower bracelet. I also love the idea of a single colorful stone ring or even bright-rimmed shades.

On trend: cat eye sunglasses, bedazzled jewelry, pyramid rings, and Cambridge Satchel Company.

My favorite part about spring, I get to whip out my band tees, straw fedora, and sneakers again!
